well, after so many years, i got my ears pierced last night. sweetie was extra sweet & got hers pierced (the second time) too. i'm not used to the sparkly earlobes yet & i almost regretted doing so but mummy looked very happy when she saw them. so i guess it's alright.

there's bleeding on my left one though... hope i won't end up with any infections. i'll keep my fingers crossed. >.<

i cheered for hubby who ran in the rat race on sunday morning. it was a rather impressive fund-raising event - considering that it was held in the busiest part of central & all the preparation work was done part-time (i believe). everybody there was in high spirits & enjoying themselves. all the participants dressed up in costumes to match the theme. it was fun!!!

recently, i've picked up playing the piano again. it's been more than ten years since i've last sat down on the bench for a proper practice. haha... i was so close to completely losing the ability in reading the music notes on the score! hahaha... besides the songs for the band, i stimulated my interest by starting with some easy pieces like the moonriver (one of my fave songs!!!). just a minute ago, i tried my fave classical piano piece - Haydn's Sonata in E Minor, Hob. XVI:34 - not bad at all!!! i'll keep practising & hopefully i'll be able to play it as on the day of my grade 8 exam. hee...
